Thanks to everyone that helped out by suggesting background ideas for my WIP. I took many of the ideas and combined them all into one to create a really interesting background landscape. Now, if grass wasn't my bane I could have already had it finished and posted. Ah well, the joys of art.

Life

Going to be rather busy for the next two week preparing for ~Bluescales arrival for a visit. Main priority I'm working on is retiling my kitchen floor. The old stuff that was laid down was super cheap linoleum that was easily being torn up by Shadow's rough paw pads and nails. Whomever 'modified' this house before we moved into it did it the cheapest and fastest way they could. I've just about had to redo everything that whoever it was originally did. Makes for a grumpy Misora when I have to redo someone's work. Again, ah well.

Anyway, after I get the kitchen finished, my next big house project is to get my compost box built since the neighbors can't understand the meaning of the word compost. After that I'll -hopefully- be able to put up a small fence so I don't have to worry about keeping the dogs on a lead or leash every time I take them outside to go to the bathroom., in my OWN backyard. I trust both of them not to run off, but the neighbors are terrified of them. They are both as sweet as newborn kittens... never did understand why colored folk are so afraid of dogs.

So, I'll be busy during the daytime for awhile until I can at least get the kitchen done. May or may not get to put up a fence depending on finances. We'll see.

Free Sketches

I know I have so much on my plate as it is right now, but I need a change in scenery for just awhile. What works I have are slowly boring me and I need something new to keep my mind focused. So, he first 5 people to ask, I will do a free sketch for you. Sketches are just simple line art with no background.

Fear not for those still waiting. You'll get them, it's just I tend to doodle when I grow tired of working on one of my commissions after awhile. My doodle time between commission breaks is usually when I do them.
